**Responsibilities**: Tsunami Solutions Ltd. was founded in Vancouver, BC, Canada in 1999, for the purpose of creating innovative technology solutions to real-world problems. It was born from one customer’s need to effectively monitor the safety of their remote workers. Tsunami designed its signature SafetyLine product to meet this demand and now is branching into new technologies and markets with our latest product, Cooldown. Cooldown is the solution to providing remote workers with serendipitous and synchronous connection. It is a spontaneous conversation platform designed to recreate the connections made at the office water cooler. You are: You are passionate about building SaaS products that customers love. You have; - A passion for product growth strategy, development, problem-solving, testing, and evaluation. - Experience with growth marketing, product management, or project management. - Knowledge of multiple functional areas including product management, engineering, UX/UI, QA, sales, customer support, finance, or marketing. - Experience in creating strategic product roadmap(s) from conception to launch. - An ability to balance data-driven results with intuitive decision-making. - Experience developing and launching products and technologies within Cloud, SaaS, enterprise, or internal tools. - A keen eye for design and detail in a dynamic environment. - Experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its entire lifecycle. - An obsession with understanding and delighting customers. - Experience in leading the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions. - The ability to move between high-level planning and tactical details when needed. - Experience collaborating with distributed teams. You will: - Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch. - Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI. - Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans - Develop product pricing and positioning and messaging that differentiates Cooldown and its features across primary market segments. - Identify customer needs and improve the customer experience to drive growth. - Define what success looks like to meet business objectives. This role is full-time, reporting to the President, and working closely with the development team. You will work remotely from anywhere in BC. Preference will be given to those in Vancouver or on Vancouver Island. Compensation is base salary plus equity opportunity. Success will be determined by your ability to deliver results.
