ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of mission-critical banking applications.Own business-critical applications including roadmap planning, governance, and L3 production
support.Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST
APIs, Kafka, and RDBMS.Architect real-time and batch-based data transformation pipelines integrating upstream country
processors with global FDC platforms.Implement and enhance payment gateway solutions for SWIFT MT/MX and APAC domestic payment
systems.Drive large-scale platform modernization initiatives including migration from legacy infrastructure
to containerized OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.Manage release cycles, change governance, and regulatory compliance controls.Oversee SIT, UAT, and Production deployments ensuring high quality and operational stability.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across global regions (NAM, EMEA, APAC).Ensure adherence to code quality, security, and compliance standards using tools such as SonarQube,
