The Opportunity
Manufacturing is the engine of the global economy, but it is also the planet's largest industrial energy consumer and polluter. This is driven by process inefficiencies and defects, which create staggering amounts of waste, emit excess greenhouse gases, and cost manufacturers millions in scrapped materials and lost production time.
We are tackling this waste within the $9B batch manufacturing sector. Our solution is an AI copilot for continuous improvement engineers, powered by next-generation vision-language models. It analyzes operations in real-time to ensure procedures are followed, provides instant feedback to operators to boost first-pass yield, and generates 24 / 7 process insights to eliminate bottlenecks.
Backed by Diagram Ventures, this venture will have the capital, network, and strategic support needed to scale into a successful venture-backed company. Diagram has significantly de-risked this venture’s product-market fit, technical risks and competitive advantage.
As Co-Founder & CTO, you will have full ownership to define and execute the vision, build and inspire a high-caliber team and lead product direction.
Qualifications
You are a seasoned technologist ready for a new challenge.0 to 1 Product Building Capabilities : Proven track record of building product roadmaps based on user feedback and developing platforms with strong UI / UX, excellent performance and resilience, with P&L ownership.Computer vision expertise : Hands-on experience with the latest generation of vision modelsYou have a track record of hiring, developing, and managing high-performing teams.You've built software for the industrial sector (nice-to-have)What You’ll Get
