A company is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Level 2-3 support cases and work directly with customers, partners, and Sales Engineers
Escalate technical product issues to the Engineering department and collaborate on resolutions
Analyze support case trends and customer requirements to enhance product offerings
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of high-level Technical Support experience and 2 years with Security or network-related products
BSCS Degree or equivalent experience
Solid experience with Internet Security and Networking Technologies (e.g., TCP / IP, HTTP, Load balancers, Proxies, Firewalls)
Prior experience with Linux and other Unix operating systems
Experience with Relational Databases (MsSQL, Oracle, MySQL, DB2)
