Your Role • You will lead efforts to help customers envision, design, and adopt Nutanix Cloud Services, acting as a trusted cloud advisor that shapes customer strategy and influences purchasing decisions. Your expertise will help architect secure and scalable hybrid and multi-cloud solutions that address real business challenges. • As an integral part of the opportunity team, you will deliver impactful technical presentations, conduct hands-on demonstrations, and spearhead proof-of-concept engagements that highlight the versatility of Nutanix Cloud Services. Collaborating with partners and Nutanix Consulting Services, you will design and implement mission-critical cloud architectures that ensure successful project outcomes, driving customer success, market expansion, and revenue growth. • You’ll also be a proactive participant in the Nutanix and broader cloud community. Engage in internal technical forums, represent Nutanix at industry events, and share your insights through blogs, white papers, and reference architectures that showcase best practices in cloud, hybrid, and multi-cloud solutions. • Your contributions will shape the future of Nutanix Cloud Services. By providing valuable feedback to product management, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, you will influence go-to-market strategies and assist in overcoming sales obstacles while guiding the evolution of current and future cloud offerings. What You Will Bring • 5+ years of relevant hybrid-cloud experience in enterprise pre/post-sales engineering. • Strong hands-on proficiency with public cloud platforms: AWS and Microsoft Azure is required; Google Cloud (GCP) is a plus. • Experience with enterprise Data Center products and a solid understanding of Private/Public/Hybrid Cloud architectures. • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and tackle customer challenges effectively. • Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with networking design and firewalls. • Experience in configuring and deploying workloads in the public cloud from start to finish. • Knowledge of cloud governance, VDI, software-defined virtual desktops, IoT applications, and disaster recovery. • Familiarity with hyper-converged architectures, especially the Nutanix Core HCI Platform. • Located in the Eastern United States. Compensation The expected pay range for this position at the start of employment is USD $165,600 to USD $248,400 annually. However, the base pay offered may vary based on factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may encompass a wide range of benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, medical, financial, and various paid time off policies).
