In this position, you will:
• Responsible for planning and managing capabilities related to computing network, computing services, support, security, cutting-edge technologies, and cloud resources.
• Monitor domestic and international technical developments in the field, study and establish the company's technical systems, standards, and solutions, guiding the evolution of the company's networks.
• Coordinate the planning of network resource allocation, organize the preparation of medium- to long-term development plans and annual investment plans for the area of expertise, and track the implementation and execution analysis of these plans.
• Develop guidelines for network development in the field, organize feasibility studies and project initiation documents, and oversee the formulation of relevant project construction plans and post-evaluation.
• Conduct research on the implementation of new technologies and AI empowerment, and organize technical tracking, communication, testing, and application promotion.
• Undertake key research topics, innovative projects, and forward-looking studies and evaluations, while implementing energy-saving measures.
• Provide technical guidance and management to various branch companies and assist with technical training and communication activities.
About the Role
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing and IT related or in a relevant field
Required Skills
• Strong project management skills and learning and creative abilities
• Familiarity with government and relevant network development strategies are preferred
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions
