A company is looking for a Claims Technical Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for claims-specific questions for case managers
Mentor new hires and support training for existing staff
Monitor KPIs and ensure service levels are met while providing coaching to case managers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field
4 or more years of job-related experience
2 years of STD / LTD case management experience
Strong understanding of contracts, plans, and products
Ability to influence and champion change
