Responsibilities:
• Handle daily enquiries related to sales and service operations.
• Liaise closely with internal teams, and respond promptly to requests for quotations, order processing, and general information.
• Manage returns, parts, and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Support warranty claims, commercial returns, and product servicing.
• Process documents such as sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, etc.
• Understand internal customer needs and provide administrative support to internal stakeholders.
• Perform other tasks as required.
