• *Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Serve as the Scrum Master to facilitating Scrum ceromonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective.
- Promote and uphold Agile principles, practices, and values within the organization.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders among government sector.
• *Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
