**Responsibilities and Objectives of this role** - Develop a vision and set the strategic direction of the products and services which aligns with customer needs, business growth, and overall cyber security strategy. - Own and drive the whole product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, launch and go to market, inc. developing cross functional partnerships. - Maintain multiple roadmaps in-line with company vision & strategy, inc. by maintaining and leveraging your deep relationships with cybersecurity companies and startups - mainly from Israel (Hebrew is a must) - Pursue a deep understanding of user and customer needs through research and data analysis - Ensure strategic marketing programs design, approval, and execution - Identify new opportunities in the cybersecurity ecosystem (mainly in Israel), assessing your deep relationship with cybersecurity companies and startups company’s product performance, and help develop long-term strategic plans for future product lines. - Focal person for information flow from global product strategy for assigned products, inc. with VCs and cybersecurity professionals in the market. - Partner and align with R&D, Product, Legal Compliance, teams to reinforce product security to drive and automate secure development practices while maintaining business needs - Define cyber security governance and control strategies for emerging technologies - Keep well informed of developing security threats, and proactively create strategies to understand and mitigate potential security problems that might arise from acquisitions or other big business moves - Build and inspire a highly skilled and diverse Security team. Foster a culture of trusted cross functional partnership, service, and continuous improvement • *Required skills and qualifications** - 10+ years of relevant professional experience - 5 years of managerial experience - Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills in Hebrew and English in order to effectively communicate with stakeholders, and potential partners locally, nationally and internationally. - BSc degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent - Key Industry Certifications CISSP and CISO • *Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent • *Salary**: $200,000.00-$201,000.00 per year • *Benefits**: - Paid time off Schedule: - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Pointe-Claire, QC H9R 5N3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) • *Education**: - Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Work Location: In person
