Business Analyst Role Summary
• We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on automation solutions and process improvement.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, preferably within automation or digital transformation. They will be responsible for gathering enhancement requirements, estimating effort, coordinating testing activities, and supporting defect resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• To serve as the primary point of contact for business units regarding process-specific queries and automation feasibility.
• To conduct detailed process analysis and documentation to identify automation opportunities and enhancement needs.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong understanding of RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath) and the automation lifecycle. Additionally, they should have experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio), proficiency in JIRA/Confluence for documentation/reporting purposes,
