We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Data Analyst/Scientist to join our team, playing a critical role in shaping executive decision-making through data-driven insights. This role focuses on high-impact reporting, dashboards, performance monitoring, and strategic analytics to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate has a blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Executive Reporting & Insights Design and maintain real-time dashboards and monthly/quarterly executive reports for the senior leadership.
Analyze key business KPIs (e.g., revenue, growth, operations, product adoption) and provide actionable recommendations.
Automate data pipelines to ensure timely, accurate, and scalable reporting systems.
Strategic Data Analysis Data-driven projects that align with company strategy, such as market expansion, cost optimization, and customer segmentation.
Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Finance and Business Units to source data and create insights.
Helps to identify data patterns and opportunities for innovation or risk mitigation.
Data Governance & Quality Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability across sources.
Define and maintain standards for executive data definitions, dashboards, and reporting protocols.
Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in data science, business intelligence, or analytics—preferably in a high-growth or C-level support environment.
Technical Skills Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, Big Query).Solid understanding of statistical modeling, forecasting, and machine learning basics.
Soft Skills Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Discretion in handling sensitive executive data.
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting senior executives or board-level reporting.
Exposure to OKR tracking systems and executive performance scorecards.
Experience with financial modeling or strategic operations.
