Role Overview Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Deal Connectors to facilitate the introduction of qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network. This is not an employment role. Capital Deal Connectors operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process. Once approved, Capital Deal Connectors: Identify and surface qualified investment opportunities Connect deal principals with relevant capital partners Support relationship-driven deal introductions Earn transaction-based compensation on closed deals Build a verified capital connectivity track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem This role is ideal for professionals whose primary strength is access and relationships—people who consistently know who has capital and who has deals. What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Approved Capital Deal Connectors may: Source or receive proprietary and semi-proprietary investment opportunities Match opportunities with relevant investors, sponsors, or fund managers Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis) Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners Support early-stage diligence handoff to analyst teams Capital Deal Connectors are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising. Eligible Deal Types Based on approval and experience, Capital Deal Connectors may facilitate introductions across: Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use) Private equity and growth equity transactions Operating businesses and special situations Structured, opportunistic, or non-traditional investments Deal categories are approved based on relationship access and deal familiarity. Compensation & Economics Success-based compensation only Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection Economics vary by deal size, structure, and connector contribution No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality capital connections Activation Process To become a Capital Deal Connector: Submit an application and background details Complete verification and deal category approval Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform Begin facilitating qualified introductions There is no cold outreach to funds and no blind pitching.
