Looking for Café Startup Expert (Dubai) | We are seeking an experienced Café Startup Consultant to guide us end-to-end, from concept planning to successful opening, in Dubai. | ? Location | Dubai, UAE (on-ground experience required) | ? Scope of Work | The consultant should support us with: | • Café concept development (theme, positioning, target market) | • Menu planning (food & beverage mix, pricing, suppliers) | • Location advisory & layout planning | • Kitchen workflow & equipment selection | • Fit-out coordination with contractors | • Costing, budgeting & break-even analysis | • Licensing & approvals (Dubai Municipality, Food Control, etc.) | • Staff hiring, training & SOPs | • Supplier onboarding (coffee, bakery, dairy, consumables) | • Pre-opening checklist & soft launch support | • Opening day support & initial optimization | ✅ Ideal Profile | • Proven experience launching cafés or coffee shops in Dubai or UAE | • Strong understanding of local regulations & F&B compliance | • Hands-on, practical (not just theoretical consulting) | • Network of suppliers, contractors, and baristas is a plus | • Can work on project basis or milestone basis | ⏳ Engagement Type | • Project-based / consultancy (flexible) | • Immediate start preferred | ?
