Officers will provide access control, guest safety, and crowd management while maintaining a professional and approachable presence. Responsibilities • Monitor entrances, exits, and event perimeters. • Assist with guest screening and credential verification. • Provide excellent customer service to attendees. • Respond to incidents or disturbances calmly and professionally. • Support event staff and law enforcement as required. Requirements • Valid California BSIS Guard Card. • Prior event or crowd management security experience preferred. • Strong communication and situational awareness skills. • Ability to stand and remain alert throughout the event. • Must maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
