Title: Site Reliability Engineer (Security / Genetec)
Location: Onsite – Englewood Cliffs, NJ (5 days onsite/week)
Duration: 6 month contract + extensions

USC or GC Holder
Compensation:
$58/hr to $68/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Must-haves
• Manage and support security systems, facility systems, and custom/vendor applications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, field components, and access control systems (readers, panels, turnstiles).
• Oversee security and facilities applications, including Genetec Unified System, Genetec Continuum, EPMS Tripshot, Asset Tracker, and order management tools.
• Provide enterprise-level support for incident response applications related to global risk, physical security, and facilities services.
• Conduct API integrations and SQL querying for troubleshooting and application support.
• Collaborate with vendors for software updates, maintenance, and technical escalations.
• Assist with onboarding new applications and ensure foundational knowledge across platforms.
Pluses
• Genetec certification is a requirement.
• Experience in a multi-campus environment supporting security and facility applications
