Overview: The Operational Management Architect - Service Solutions will design and develop service solution and proposals as per customer requirement and handle RFP and RFI in Cloud Service Management projects. Prepare and Present Clarification to customer and work with multiple teams. • *Responsibilities**: - Design and Develop Service Solution for O&M support requirements for different O&M scenarios in IT Domain - Gather customer requirement, understand and comprehend requirement to design service solution - Participate in RFP response, compliance response etc. - Prepare technical and commercial proposals for O&M for Cloud based services management - Prepare and present clarifications material to customer - Identify people and tools requirement in a O&M scenario and incorporate the requirement in solution design, prepare the transition plan in coordination with SDM and Platform responsible team - Responsible for Contract handover to delivery team post signature of contract - Work with delivery team to enhance service offering in future - Responsible to ensure the Costing is done with proper margin and risk assessment to ensure project profit margin is intact - Develop and maintain relationships with the Executive community - Act as an ambassador and spokesperson for Delivery and Services - Work with cross functional departments (including Delivery and Service business partners) to act as an interface for Executive interactions - Use best judgment to determine the most appropriate actions needed to satisfy customer in a given scenario - Communicate with key customers regularly (onsite or remote) to ensure that users can run services on the cloud properly and stably and improve user experience. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years of proven experience in a Service Solution development role in IT operations - Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards - Knowledge of Security Frameworks and Standards - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and Customer Management Community - ITIL, TOGAF certifications etc. are an advantage
