As an experienced technologist with technical depth and breadth, and strong interpersonal skills, you will work directly with customers as part of a delivery team, enabling innovation by creating state-of-the-art Machine Learning solutions aligned with business goals. This role includes responsibilities both as a Professional Services Machine Learning Architect and as a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer on customer engagements. The qualified candidate will demonstrate the ability to think strategically about businesses, define technical solutions around customer objectives, develop strategies, motivate resources, and deliver results. Work Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: Design and execute end-to-end machine learning solutions, from proof-of-concept to deployment, using cloud-native technologies and cutting-edge models. Work directly with business representatives and customers to understand requirements and develop solutions. Manage all project phases, including problem definition, data annotation, model development, deployment, and end-user documentation/training. Design cloud architecture for ML solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP), including MLOps practices. Stay updated with the latest ML research and adapt models to solve customer problems. Build credibility through technical excellence and delivering value, developing strong customer relationships. Qualifications: Masters with 10+ years or PhD with 6+ years in Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning. At least 5 years of experience architecting and building ML solutions. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for 5+ years. Proficiency in ML model development and techniques. Experience with Hugging Face, TensorFlow/PyTorch, transformers, prompt engineering, LLMs. Strong Python coding skills and architectural knowledge of microservices. Understanding of agile methodologies and project planning from inception to deployment. Strong problem-solving skills and leadership in technical issues. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Travel: As required by business needs. Sponsorship: This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
