Base Salary: $280,000 – $300,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity:
As Managing Director, AI & Product, you’ll be at the forefront of AI-led business transformation. This executive leadership role is a unique blend of AI strategy, enterprise consulting, and high-impact sales execution. You’ll work directly with C-suite leaders across industries—including financial services, healthcare, and consumer goods—to:
• Identify and shape high-value AI opportunities tailored to complex business needs
• Lead the development and execution of transformative AI strategies
• Build and close a robust pipeline of enterprise AI deals
• Spearhead full-cycle AI transformation initiatives, from vision to implementation
• Drive adoption of custom-built automation and decision systems
• Leverage warm, qualified leads from a dedicated SDR team and guide clients through every step of their AI journey
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a visionary AI leader with a proven track record of selling and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions. You should bring:
• Deep expertise in AI strategy, product innovation, and consultative enterprise sales
• Experience implementing AI-driven automation, advanced analytics, or machine learning systems
• A consistent history of closing multi-million-dollar AI engagements
• The ability to engage and influence senior executives, develop forward-thinking AI roadmaps, and drive measurable business outcomes
