The Agile Facilitator plays a pivotal role in guiding teams towards achieving their goals within the framework of Telesat's scale agile methodology.
As a servant leader, this professional oversees and facilitates the entire agile process, ensuring seamless alignment with priorities and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Owns and coordinates the end-to-end agile process, fostering collaboration and ensuring all tasks are assigned and accounted for in a backlog.
• Ensures work execution aligns with agreed-upon priorities and objectives through close stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
• Drives continuous improvement by adapting processes to maximize productivity and mitigate impediments.
For success in this role, the candidate must be able to work in Canada and obtain clearance under the Canadian Controlled Goods program (CGP).
