My client in the Financial Services sector is seeking an experienced Business Process Architect for an initial 6-month contract. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing business process design to achieve operational excellence and support a scalable Day 2 operational model.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process Design & Modelling: Define, model, and document future-state business processes using BPMN and industry best practices.
• Business Process Analysis & Transformation: Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative process improvements to maximize business value.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and service architects to gather requirements and ensure cohesive alignment.
• Process Standardization & Optimization: Advocate for non-bespoke, standardized process models throughout the organization to align with strategic goals.
• Process Automation: Explore automation opportunities, assist in creating a roadmap, and work with technology teams for delivery.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Establish KPIs and governance mechanisms to track ongoing process performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Offer guidance and mentoring on process design and architecture standards across various programs and initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Significant experience in Business Process Management (BPM), with expertise in BPMN and modeling tools.
• Track record of simplifying complex or inefficient processes and crafting scalable, effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across both business and technical domains.
• Familiarity with automation tools and experience in supporting enterprise-scale transformations.
• A background in both business and technology transformation contexts is highly desirable.
