With a strong presence in the UAE market, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development professional to join our team. - **Job Summary**_ As a Business Development Executive/Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth and expand our customer base within the UAE market. You will play a pivotal role in identifying potential clients, building strategic relationships, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. A key aspect of this role is a deep understanding of Ecommerce solutions and the ability to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers. - **Responsibilities**_ - Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. - Identify and engage with key decision-makers in target industries to promote our ecommerce solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. - Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our Ecommerce solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure smooth implementation and customer success. - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, adhering to company policies and guidelines. - Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and results to senior management on a regular basis. - Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads. - Stay updated on competitive offerings and market dynamics to effectively position our Ecommerce solutions in the market. - **Requirements**_ - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the UAE market. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Strong knowledge of Ecommerce Solutions and the ability to articulate their value proposition to potential clients. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have access to a car for client meetings and business travel. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking and reporting purposes. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
