About the job Business Development Director ( SECURITY INK DIVISION)
• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.
• Lead and manage the business development team, setting clear targets and monitoring performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals and contracts.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and reports to senior management and potential clients.
• Monitor and report on business development activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and materials to support business growth.
Educational and Technical Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or related roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Proven track record of successfully developing long-term strategic plans and growth strategies.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and business intelligence tools
