Job Description
• Analyse and document business requirements across various teams.
• Produce workflow diagrams, process maps, and configuration documentation.
• Review existing processes and propose improvements for efficiency.
• Drive requirement discussions and align expectations among stakeholders.
• Support development teams by clarifying requirements throughout the project.
• Participate in front‑end enhancement tasks for the agency portal.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical groups.
• Assist in solution testing, validation, and overall implementation.
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues or risks when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
• At least 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in financial services-insurance preferred.
• Proven involvement in front‑end enhancement or user interface upgrade projects.
• Self‑driven, able to lead discussions and manage stakeholder alignment.
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.
• Experience with insurance operations or AI-related projects is a strong advantage.
