What is the opportunity?
The RBC Client Integration Manager role is your opportunity to become a critical member of the Implementation and Integration team. A Client Integration Manager’s primary focus is on providing tailored advice and integration support to large and sophisticated business clients who are adding new cash management capabilities to their operation.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team environment with a collaborative focus on delivering an exceptional client experience. Previous experience working with technical integrations and a high level of comfort interacting with clients are important for success in this role. Experience working in the financial service industry and a focus on cash management will be an asset.
This role has a strong technical onboarding focus, where you will leverage your expertise in cash management products and integration processes to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients. You will be responsible for understanding complex product suites and providing technical guidance during key onboarding stages. Additionally, you will collaborate with the broader Implementation and Integration Team to identify and deliver optimal solutions based on clients' operational requirements.
What will you do?
• Develop a deep understanding of a complex cash management product suite, how each product can enable large and complex businesses to meet with specific needs.
• Provide advice and technical expertise regarding complex cash management products during key stages of the client onboarding experience.
• Complete cash management product integration and connectivity testing for client’s operations in preparation for production.
• Work in collaboration with a broader Implementation and Integration Team in Commercial Banking to identify, plan & deliver the best solutions to clients and prospects based on strong knowledge of client’s operational requirements.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
• Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated excellence in client facing roles covering elements of financial services and integrated solutions
• Strong skillset in financial acumen, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration
• Proficiency in business acumen and ability to provide meaningful advice
• Proven track record of delivering an exceptional client experience
• Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications)
Nice-to-have
• Post-secondary education at college or university level in business administration or financial management preferred e.g., BBA, B. of Commerce or equivalent on-the-job learning
• Experience with bank files (ISO20022 XML, EDI82x, BAI2 and other industry file formats) is an asset
• Experience with complex bank connectivity (SFTP, SWIFT FileAct, API) is an asset
