Summary
Provide exceptional security and operations support for the store, partnering with management to deter theft, respond to emergencies, and maintain security systems while supporting sales and client experience.
Responsibilities
• Partner with senior security and management to deter theft and report missing assets
• Respond to emergency situations and implement incident management procedures
• Perform daily inspections, alarm tests, equipment checks, and key access controls
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and other operational tasks
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate issues to the store team
• Support back of house operations and controls
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering excellent customer service
• Support store sales goals by deepening client relationships and providing a positive experience
Requirements
• High school graduate
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred
• At least 1 year prior security related experience preferred
