We are looking for a **Payments Product Manager** with a strong background in credit cards or alternative payment methods to join our growing team. As a Product Manager within the Payment Services team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our payment solutions. You will be responsible for defining, managing, and optimizing our product offerings related to payments (cards, alternative payment methods), risk management monitoring, and integrations with third-party payment processors. Your expertise will drive the development and enhancement of our payment platforms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of efficiency, security, and user experience.
• *_ How You Will Contribute:_**
- Analyze the business capabilities of various payment products, continually enriching and improving the payment service integration capabilities across channels, accounts, and funds.
- Responsible for the functional design, requirement implementation, and delivery of payment platform products, including but not limited to payment interface design, payment service interface design, and management backend functionality design.
- Respond to market demands, collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to enhance scenario-based service capabilities and ensure a positive user experience for key industry clients.
- Stay informed about domestic and international trends in digital payment services, familiarize with mainstream domestic payment products, and track industry developments to drive product innovation.
• *_ What You Bring to the Table_**_:_
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the payment industry, understanding the full spectrum of payment acquisition product lines.
- Proficient in payment system design, independently responsible for the product design and requirement implementation of one or more modules related to payment systems, such as onboarding, accounts, or transactions.
- Strong customer communication skills, with the ability to abstract customer needs into payment product functionalities.
- Experience in designing or integrating payment systems for e-commerce, SaaS, or other medium to large platforms is preferred.
