The key responsibilities for this role will include but not be limited to
- Daily preparation of order books for multiple customers
- Dealing with data requests
- Maintaining and updating data on customer portals
- Liaise with customers to increase integrity of their data in preparation for scanning
- Convert and work with PIM data into spreadsheets
- Project work surrounding customers data
- Providing feedback and continuous improvement on data related issues
- Understanding customers needs and communicating effectively with them
- Identifying opportunities to improve data flow and working closely with sales to achieve a coherent and collaborative approach
- Assisting Customer Service with information and projects
• *The Successful Applicant**:
- Have excellent excel and data manipulation skills
- Have experience working in a Customer Data team
- Have a good eye for detail
- Have great communication skills
- Have good customer service skills
- Be proactive and have initiative
- Be curious and investigative
- Have solid Microsoft Office skills
- Self motivated
- Ability to work autonomously
