**Role Purpose**:
The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

• *Responsibilities**
8-10 years of experience to Ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance of ETL processes.
At least 4 years as Lead
Validate data flows and identify discrepancies.
Ensure data integrity across systems.
Strong knowledge in ETL testing and testing processes.
Hands-on experience with databases like Oracle, Teradata, and DB2.
Proficient in Unix scripting.
Present test artifacts such as test plans, test cases, and test results.
Experience with Informatica workflows, mappings, and job monitoring.
Develop and execute automation scripts using Unix or macros.
Knowledge of healthcare or PBM domains is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
