Missions & Responsibilities Design and implement data extraction pipelines from multiple blockchains(EVM-compatible and non-EVM).Ability to design, implement, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum or other relevantblockchains.Deep understanding of Blockchain technology (Solidity, Vyper), Oracles, andDecentralized Finance (Curve, Balancer, AMMs, Yearn, Aave, Synthetix ... etc): ideally,you have used and integrated these protocols beforeYou can abstract the complexity of low-level smart contract interactions through scriptingand REST APIsParticipate in the engineering on-call rotation to ensure platform stability, monitor forproduction issues, and respond to critical incidents.Write thorough documentation and conduct peer code reviews.Work closely with product team to develop technical solutions from concept toproduction.Stay current with the latest developments in blockchain protocols, tooling, and standards(e.g., EIPs, ERCs, L2 scaling, etc.).Requirements5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focusedon blockchain development.Proven experience as a data engineer, with a focus on building and maintaininglarge-scale data pipelines.Strong skills in data processing, transformation, and working with complex datasetsderived from blockchain sources.Proficiency in extracting and structuring on-chain data, with an emphasis on downstreamdata workflows.Familiarity with blockchain concepts (e.g., on-chain data structures, transactions)Solid understanding of DevOps practices and data infrastructure is a plus.Comfortable working with Golang and one or more smart contract languages (Solidity,DAML, Move, etc.).Understanding of blockchain fundamentals: consensus mechanisms, EVM, transactionlifecycle, gas optimization, etc.Experience with web3 libraries and tools (e.g., Hardhat, Foundry, ethers.js, web3.js).Strong experience in backend development with Go and good understanding ofmicroservices architecture.Experience deploying and managing applications in kubernetesComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with an ownership mentality.Preferred QualificationsExperience with distributed systems or event-driven architectures.Familiarity with security best practices in API development.
