About the Opportunity
Partnering with a leading healthcare organization, we are recruiting for a Retail Manager for their Ottawa store location. This location is open Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, with minimal evenings and weekends!
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Manage the store to optimize customer service and sales targets
• Manage the efforts of one other retail professional and provide guidance for the escalation of any customer service issues
• Ensure that the store is merchandised well with complete inventory control
• Undertake the location's regular banking
• Represent the organization periodically at trade shows and customer eventsAbout You
The successful candidate will have the following:
• A minimum of three years of retail experience, with preference given to those who have held a managerial role
• Experience managing sales targets with proven success
• Experience delivering superior customer service in a retail environment with regular, repeat customers
• Superior interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Basic bookkeeping in a retail location would be considered an asset
• Bilingual (French/English) is required
• Medical education or experience in a medical environment would be considered a strong assetAbout the Job
This position is a full-time, permanent position offering an annual salary of $60,000-$65,000 with a comprehensive benefits package. They are conveniently located with free parking and are open Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM. Occasional weekend inventory may be required.
