Position : Big Data Architect
Location : North Chicago, IL
Duration : 6+ months
Skillset: Help Drive the Big Data and AWS Cloud Strategy. A^· Provide strategic thinking, solutions and roadmaps while driving architectural recommendations. Ensure architectural adherence through blueprint and design reviews. A^· Work as trusted advisor to customer for building complex Hadoop based strategic solutions using Spark, Scala, Python, HBASE, Solr, Kafka etc. A^· Conduct PoV and related MVP in areas of public cloud and Big Data A^· Assist in the remediation of application stability and performance. Adopt and communicate new concepts, ideas, techniques, best practices and technology assistance. A^· Perform project level design, debug and performance analysis A^· Responsible for the development and production support of enterprise application utilities and models to include publishing, best practices and guidelines for supported technologies. A^· Work with vendors and product management areas to establish required infrastructures
