As a Sr. UX UI Designer, you will be part of the Design Department supporting product development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and a user-centered mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sr. UX UI Designer Location: Alameda, CA What's the Job? • Lead design efforts for web and mobile applications, creating intuitive, human-centered experiences. • Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate ideas effectively. • Create visually appealing mockups aligned with brand standards and UI guidelines. • Contribute to and maintain the company's design system to ensure consistency across platforms. • Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and quality. What's Needed? • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human Factors, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience. • Strong UI/UX skills with a refined eye for visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and micro-interactions. • Experience in creating, evolving, and maintaining scalable design systems. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
