Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Service Manager to oversee the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, reliability, and security of Azure-based solutions while aligning service delivery with business objectives and ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end Azure service lifecycle, including design, transition, operation, and continual improvement.
• Define and monitor service level agreements (SLAs), operational level agreements (OLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with cloud engineers, security teams, and stakeholders to maintain service quality and resolve incidents.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes specific to Azure services.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and cost-optimization standards across Azure environments.
• Drive adoption of automation, monitoring, and proactive service health practices.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), architecture, and operational models.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator/Architect, ITIL) are a plus.
