Job Responsibilities:
• The opening, closing, and daily operations of the front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Skillfully prepare various types of coffee, tea, and food orders according to the cafe's recipes and quality standards.
• Following set procedures for food handling, storing, and re-stocking
• Staying informed about our coffee and food selection, including origin, flavour profiles, and brewing methods, to educate and assist customers.
• Implement and uphold service standards and operational protocols.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Effectively address customer enquiries.
• Promote the ethos of our community cafe culture

Terms of Employment:
Permanent Full-time 40 hours per week.
Working weekends is expected. Some evening private events are a possibility.
Salary: $18.00 + Tips
