Job Description
We are seeking a developer for the development of Hadoop Map Reduce code for business needs. The team works on analytics around prospect data, including how new prospects can be reached with offers.
The client buys data from 3rd parties, joins it with internal data, and uses that to reach prospects through various channels (online, email, phone, mail).
Requirements
• Expert programming competence in Java
• Experience with Hadoop/HDFS/Map Reduce
• Experience with HBase/No
SQL or similar technology is a plus
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills and thrives in a highly collaborative and dynamic work environment
