Lead Full Stack Engineer – Hybrid Working
Salary £90,000
We are currently supporting a large client within the insurance space who are on an exciting global transformation. You’ll join a product-led team building our Single Digital Platform, which includes React web portals, .NET APIs and Azure-based services that integrate with Salesforce. Their teams work end-to-end with minimal hand-offs.
What you’ll do
• Lead an agile engineering team, set best practices, stay hands-on with design and implementation, and ensure delivery against the roadmap.
• Design, develop and support integrations for our customer platform, mainly using frontend tech, with some backend work as needed.
• Line-manage and mentor developers.
• Champion continuous improvement within the team and across IT.
What you’ll bring
• Experience leading a high-performing engineering team.
• Strong skills in building well-tested frontend integration solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript and React.
• Ability to deliver complex work on time and within budget.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code; Azure DevOps and Azure experience are preferred.
• Solid understanding of current and emerging technologies.
• Ability to translate business strategy and requirements into technical designs.
• Experience with C# .NET (APIs, serverless functions, messaging workflows), ideally on Azure.
• Salesforce integration experience is a plus.
