Overview Of The Role: • The Operations Associate is integral to ensuring efficient operational functions within the store. The role focuses on cash office management, stock management, store maintenance, and back-office operations. It is vital for supporting cash-related processes, managing inventory counts, and maintaining effective communication flows. The position demands compliance with company standards, helping optimize operations and enhancing overall store performance. What You Will Do: Cash Office Management • Record cash collections and manage petty cash. • Track invoices and ensure accuracy in all cash-related tasks. • Ensure all cash-related processes adhere to company policies. Communication & Reporting • Assist in managing the flow of information between different teams. • Generate reports using SAP, BI, and Tableau to track store performance. Store Operations • Support back-office operations to ensure smooth running of the store. • Assist with stock management on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Store Maintenance & Procurement • Help maintain a clean and organized store environment. • Assist in ordering supplies and managing store resources. Stock Management • Help with inventory counts to ensure accurate stock records. • Assist with receiving new shipments and organizing stock. • Utilize stock loss result, stock record reports, and knowledge of processes/SOP to maintain accuracy. Skills Required Skills To Be Successful: • Retail operational experience, particularly in administrative roles. • Proficiency in SAP, BI, and Tableau for reporting. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
