- Understanding customer requirements and fulfill it with the proper solutions
- Develop the technical architecture and design of cloud and hybrid environments.
- Define the scope of work for the proposed services
- Proposal writing/technical responses for Cloud/Managed Services opportunities.
- Conducting Proof of concept's and implementing pilot projects to demonstrate different cloud features & services
- Serve as the technical point of contact for customer pre-sales engagements
- Solution architect of public cloud (experience with maintaining, configuring, and operating components of cloud environments required).
- Understanding customer requirements and fulfill it with the proper solutions.
- Educate customers on the value Bespin Global proposition
- Performing customer technology webinar's for customer enablement & engagement.
- Develop different technical materials to demonstrate the value proposition for proposed solution.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team along with other internal/external parties.
- Align with the technical delivery team to ensure the customer expectations is met
• *What You'll Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
- 7+ years of experience as pre-sales for security solutions or security architect with delivery in customer-facing roles
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring integrating with different security solutions (Firewalls, WAF, IPS/IDS, DLP, NDR, SIEM, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
- Good understanding of hybrid Cloud solutions such as AWS and other leading hyper-converged solutions and related infrastructure services.
- Demonstrated collaborative attitude, both internally and externally
- Experienced in capturing and deciphering requirements from informal conversations and formal documents to map RFX/BOQ requirements to Services, Solutions, and Offerings.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, especially with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong hands-on experience in technical and technical understanding of Cloud technologies across multiple Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Wide exposure to different enterprise IT technologies such as SDWAN, virtualization, cyber security, etc.
