Description: Our client is currently seeking a Scrum Room Architect
Description:
The Scrum Room Architect is responsible for designing and maintaining the architecture of software systems within an agile Scrum environment. This role ensures systems are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with both functional and non-functional requirements. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation, the architect collaborates closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Architectural Design & Strategy
Define and maintain the structure of the solution Create scalable and maintainable system designs Ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards
Collaboration & Communication
Partner with Scrum teams to ensure sprint goals are achievable Communicate architectural decisions and rationale clearly Facilitate cross-team collaboration and resolve technical conflicts
Agile Integration
Integrate architecture into Scrum ceremonies Help define and manage user stories with architectural significance Mentor developers and contribute to code reviews
Technical Leadership
Lead technology selection and validate its viability Ensure compliance with design principles, patterns, and standards Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development cycle
Quality Assurance
Verify implementation aligns with agreed architecture Ensure performance, security, and scalability requirements are met
Desired Skills:
6+ years of experience in software development and architecture Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies Experience with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and event-driven architecture Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to mentor and guide development teams Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
