Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge technical solutions across multiple products and platforms. The candidate will lead cross-functional technical teams, contribute hands-on to full stack development in addition to AI and Machine Learning initiatives, also ensure that all technical designs align with business goals and organizational standards.

Hands-on Development & Delivery
· Contribute to full stack development: frontend (React, Angular, ), backend , Python, PHP), and databases (SQL such as PostgreSQL /NoSQL such as Cosmos DB), also aware of Caching Redis Streams, Laravel Horizon
· Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and infrastructure using modern DevSecOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines such as Argo CD, Jenkins), and Terraform for IaC.
· Having monitoring tools experiences such as Azure Insights, Log Analytics
· Hands on experience on Azure services: DNS, Traffic Manager, Application Gateway (F5 WAF), VPN Gateway, Azure Firewall, Private DNS Resolver, Key Vault, Blob Storage, ACR, Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, Redis
AI, ML, and LLM Integration
· Design and implement machine learning pipelines and solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
· Fine-tune, deploy and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs)
· Conduct experimentation and Proofs of Concept (POCs) for AI, Machine Learning innovations and low-code platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· years of Hands on experience in software development and solution design, with at least 3 years in technical leadership roles.
· Proficient in full stack development (JavaScript frameworks, backend technologies, RESTful APIs, databases).
· Good hands-on experience in machine learning and LLMs, including real-world applications and deployments.
· Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and practices (GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
· Demonstrated ability to lead multi-vendor and cross-functional teams in large-scale environments.
· Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
· Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar technical field.
English language proficiency, Arabic is strongly preferred
