Product Manager We’re building a small, high-impact team of 3–4 Product Managers to lead a discovery-first initiative within a large, fast-moving organization. This is not about shipping product immediately—this is about understanding stakeholders, evaluating the current environment, and informing strategic direction through a deep dive into tooling, workflows, and financial impact. Your mission is to uncover the full picture of how things work today, so the organization can make more informed decisions tomorrow. Key Responsibilities • Conduct user interviews across a wide range of teams and roles; divide and conquer among the team to ensure full coverage • Map the existing tooling, processes, and workflows • Deliver a comprehensive tooling assessment, including an associated financial analysis • Engage with stakeholders across levels—from executive leaders to creative and operational teams—tailoring approach and communication style as needed • Identify and document workflow pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities within marketing and asset management functions • Collaborate with Product Excellence and Engineering to validate opportunities and constraints, while fully embracing an evolving Product Excellence initiative—this means following newly adopted standards, best practices, and principles rather than redefining them • Produce a clear set of recommendations and insights to help inform future product and operational strategies Ideal Candidate • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Account Management, or similar roles • Demonstrated success in stakeholder-heavy discovery and analysis within complex environments • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and taking initiative in fast-paced settings • Strong technical acumen with the ability to assess tooling capabilities and gaps • Experience in marketing technology or digital asset management preferred • Background in media, entertainment, or similarly scaled organizations is a strong plus • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and known for follow-through and accountability • Able to quickly reprioritize and adapt in response to shifting needs or challenges Work Style & Culture Fit • Onsite Mon–Thurs in Glendale for a collaborative, high-touch environment • Stakeholders are direct, fast-moving, and expect proactive communication • Ideal candidates are self-starters who can work independently, solve problems quickly, and move projects forward without needing constant direction • You’ll thrive here if you're someone who creates clarity, barrels through roadblocks, and stays highly responsive • We’re looking for go-getters with a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves This is a stakeholder-driven, discovery-intensive engagement that culminates in a comprehensive tooling and financial assessment. If you're analytical, adaptable, and energized by complex organizational puzzles—we want to hear from you.
