About the Role: • We are seeking a Tech Lead to lead the integration of a newly acquired Ruby on Rails-based product with our existing Java-based application. • This is a strategic role that demands strong technical leadership, cross-platform expertise, and the ability to drive alignment between teams and technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end integration of the Ruby on Rails product with the Java-based application. • Act as the bridge between Ruby on Rails and Java teams, aligning architectural decisions with business goals. • Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making across leadership teams from both platforms. • Evaluate and recommend the best-fit integration approach, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. • Define the architecture roadmap and integration strategy with a clear focus on long-term maintainability. • Proactively identify and resolve cross-platform conflicts, gaps, or inefficiencies. Guide and support development teams throughout the integration lifecycle.
