” The Job Description” • Drive partner recruitment initiatives to expand our ecosystem. • Develop and execute partner enablement programs and training. • Provide ongoing support to partners, ensuring their success and growth fostering strong relationships between them and our organization. • Provide ongoing support to the sales team to address challenges and assist in deal closing. • Contribute to achieving solution area targets covering revenue and end customer count. • Act as a primary point of contact for partners and vendors, providing expert advice and knowledge in assigned solution areas. • Familiarize yourself with the company’s products, services and vendor offerings • Understand the value proposition and competitive advantages of the offerings and that of the company • Create and enhance product bundles for upselling and cross-selling. • Develop technical playbooks and program offerings through BPS Solution Catalogue • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new partners. • Proactively identify and recruit new partners to expand our ecosystem. • Follow up with needed parties to get the partner to complete his sign up. • Tailor the enablement program to individual partner requirements, ensuring a personalized approach that resonates with diverse business needs. • Empower partners with the essential tools and information required for them to effectively promote and sell products and services. • Deliver training sessions and workshops to educate partners on our products, services, and solutions. • Commit to providing continuous education, keeping our partners at the forefront of industry trends, product updates, and best practices. • Follow up on the enablement program complete execution. • Craft meticulously designed training materials, resources, and documentation to fortify our partners with the knowledge and tools needed for success. • Serve as a direct contact for resellers, providing expert presales and technical sales support for assigned solution areas. • Review reseller performance, pipeline, and sales numbers in collaboration with the Sales Team and direct manager. • Collaborate with Sales to recommend partners for specific programs. • Assist in crafting tailored presentations, proposals, and demonstrations. • Actively participate in client meetings and discussions. • Provide support and guidance to partners, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. • Assist resellers in scope of work detailing solution offering and BOQ requests on Marketplace and CRM, and provide support in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. • Contribute to achieving revenue targets through effective presales activities and collaboration with the sales team. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with resellers. • Work with partners to identify and pursue opportunities to expand the end customer base. • Collaborate with partners in presenting solutions and conducting workshops to their end customers. • Collaborate with vendors on reseller programs and execute growth strategies. • Foster strong vendor relationships. • Understand vendor licensing programs and stay up-to-date on license changes. • Address licensing and product inquiries from the team, partners, resellers, and end customers. • Be up to date in product promotions and pricing changes and cascade back to other stakeholders. • Understand solution features and collaborate with manager on solution offerings for resellers. • Stay updated on new features and releases of solutions while understanding the value proposition and competitive advantages of the offerings and that of the company. • Share with the sales team through emails, meetings or training sessions product information, promos, and program updates including but not limited to licensing and announcements. • Collaborate on reseller pipeline and territory assigned targets. • Collaborate with Sales to close deals and provide added value. • Monitor and evaluate partner performance and participation in enablement programs. • Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to partner enablement initiatives. • Keep track and Submit POEs on time • Help create and maintain documentation for presales activities. • Maintain records and documentation related to partner enablement activities. • Maintain records and documentation related to your tasks. • Track performance of initiatives and motions and report back internally. Requirements: • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in delivering training and educational content. • Ability to understand partner needs and tailor enablement programs accordingly. • Knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends. • Project management skills to plan and execute enablement initiatives. • Problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively with partners and internal teams. • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
