About the Role
We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to manage and enhance the reliability, security, and performance of Cloud Platform (Azure). This role offers hands-on exposure to cloud infrastructure, automation, and modern cloud technologies, while giving you the opportunity to drive platform modernisation in a highly impactful environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate and support Azure cloud platforms in regulated environments
• Manage Day-2 operations, including incident, problem, change, availability, and capacity management
• Ensure compliance with government security, audit, and governance standards (e.g. GCC, IM8)
• Implement and maintain monitoring, automation, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
• Deliver cloud initiatives such as migrations, upgrades, and platform enhancements
• Apply ITIL / ITSM best practices and contribute to service performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure service delivery
Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience in cloud platform operations (Azure), exp with GCC would be advantageous
• Good understanding of ITIL processes, security controls, and compliance requirements
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
