Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with customer development teams to effectively host applications on the AWS platform.
• Interpret and implement architectural diagrams to ensure successful deployment.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of both new and existing AWS applications.
• Create comprehensive network and architecture diagrams tailored for clients.
• Build AWS VPCs from the design phase to full production.
• Define and establish security, networking, and operational policies in collaboration with clients.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency with tools like Terraform, Chef, Puppet, and Cloud Formation.
• Must hold AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification.
• AWS Security or Networking specialty certification is advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years of technical experience, including at least 2 years in public cloud implementing AWS solutions.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration with at least 2-3 years of DevOps experience using AWS components.
• In-depth knowledge of various AWS components such as EC2, ELB, EMR, and S3.
• Expertise in CLI and API scripting with languages such as Bash/Shell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience in container orchestration using ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or automated builds utilizing CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Skilled in automating cloud infrastructure via Cloud Formation or Terraform.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Capable of prioritizing, multitasking, and meeting deadlines with keen attention to detail.
