Akkodis is partnered with a global leading IT Service & Technology firm to recruit a hands-on, junior to intermediate AWS Solutions Architect who enjoys being close to the design and build of solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who can translate business requirements into scalable cloud-based data and analytics solutions and actively participate in implementation.
The opportunity:
You will play a key role in designing and delivering modern AWS-based data and analytics platforms, working closely with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders. The focus is on practical architecture, data integration, and enabling insights through best-in-class reporting tools.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Design and build cloud-native data and analytics architectures on AWS
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, models, and storage layers for analytics use cases
• Integrate and support reporting and visualization solutions using Qlik, Tableau, or custom applications
• Ensure solutions align with data governance, security, and scalability best practices
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver insight-driven solutions
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience as a Data or Analytics Solution Architect, or a senior data engineer stepping into architecture
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS data services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda)
• Practical experience with BI and reporting platforms (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or custom reporting solutions)
• Solid understanding of data modeling, integration, and analytics best practices
• Background in pharmaceuticals or health sciences is a strong plus
