**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Developing, designing, and implementing cost-effective migration strategies
Optimizing contact center transformation and upskilling their skills in improving productivity.
Manage new tools and technologies to complete a successful digital transformation.
Creating reusable, effective, and scalable programs
Determines quality assurance benchmarks and sets standards and metrics for improvement.
Examining and inspecting programs to track technical issues and come up with solution suggestions and/or recommendations.
Leads support and guidance to all departments as needed to ensure consistent and smooth system development.
Training and coaching the department with the updated developments.
• *QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE**
• *Educational Requirements / Qualifications**:
BS degree in Management information systems/Software developer or related field.
Certified in AWS developer.
• *Experience**:
3+ years of experience in similar role.
Amazon connect development background who understands how to use of omnichannel cloud to deliver a better customer and user experiences, preferably coming from an E-commerce environment.
• *Skills and Competencies**:
Excellent time management skills, and multitasking skills, since a web services developer will be required to work on multiple tasks.
Good decision-making skills, which gives the ability to provide firm and clear perspectives that are secure, resilient, and cost-efficient, and managed with operational excellence.
Proficiency in English & Arabic.
Strong technical skills such as basic programming knowledge, software development, and continuous integration
