Whatyou'llbe Doing As a Core Researcher in the team, you will keep us on our toes. Remind us to look away from the comfort of our screens and back atthe reality—where our customers live. You will keep asking, 'Why are we doing this again?'.And not be satisfied with the answer, 'If we build it, they will come. Here'swhat Your Week Might Look Like • Not everything has to be tested.You willidentifywhen research isrequiredand when best practices are the way to go. And you will help us communicate that to our stakeholders • You'llbe leading qualitative and quantitative research projects.We'vedone some interesting stuff: experimenting with new methods and tools; leveraging GenAI to augment our work processes and outputs... In short, we love to experiment and hope you will join in • You'llgenerate sharp and actionable insights that go beyond reports to inspire your colleagues to truly start seeing through the eyes of our customers • You'llbuild a strong community of practice around iterative research and design to support upcoming and ongoing projects and initiatives • UX isanestablished discipline here at DBS, but we can always use help toevangelisethe importance ofgood designresearch, andbe on the forefront of evolving the discipline to meet the needs of the organization • Actively advocate for and educate stakeholders on the value of UX research,identifyingandleveragingopportunities todemonstrateits impact Here Are The Experience And Skillswe'dlove You To Have • You have 6 - 8 years of relevant experience as a UX researcher • You are someone who proactively identify and scope research opportunities and strategic decisions, demonstrating strong self-starting capabilities • Youdemonstratea big-picture perspective, understanding how individual contributions integrate into broader organizational goals and drawing meaningful connections across various initiatives • You have experience leading research projects / initiatives from small to large; straightforward to complex • Youhavehad hands-on involvement withend-to-end design process • Youareorganised, methodical and analytical — able to filter out the noise to frame the right problem to investigate • Youare comfortableworking withmultiple data sourcesto inform decisions and support insights • You have an excellent grasp of qualitative and quantitative research methods and how to apply them to the UX design process: concept testing, usability testing, card sorting, surveys, heuristicevaluationsand other data analysis skills • You are a polished facilitator able to command a room — whetherit'sin a workshop, presentation, or board room setting • Asa practitioner, you embrace a flexible and adaptable approach to job scope,prioritisingefforts that enhance the overall user experience • Youhave the ability tomake research fun!— able to engage partners, collaborators, and stakeholders to make the most of the skillsets you bring to the table Bonus points • You haveprior experience working withdata, dashboards, and key metrics to derive insights and inform key design and/or business decisions Your team and career You will belong to two families: the CBG UX Design team andResearch& Insights team. You will report to a UX ResearchManager, andwork very closely with people from Research & Insights, Group Design, and various business and product teams.
