Responsibilities
• Design and develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs in line with project requirements.
• Prepare control schematics, single-line diagrams, and related technical documentation.
• Define technical scope and specifications for vendors and subcontractors.
• Support installation teams during system setup and integration.
• Carry out system testing, start-up, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Execute automation projects according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and resolve technical issues independently.
• Support overseas assignments and site work when required.
Requirements
• Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation projects.
• Strong programming experience with Siemens PLCs and WinCC platforms.
• Knowledge of control panel design and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with motor control systems, control logic, and material take-off preparation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with teams and stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Self-driven and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership over assigned work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
